It is possible to choose the collection at our offices (free). In this case the collection can be made every morning from 9 to 12:15 on weekdays upon notice of ready goods.

➔ WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Shipments take place every working day, from Monday to Friday. Orders received by 12 noon are normally shipped on the same day with the exception of orders containing products that require longer shipping times.

In case of bank transfer, the order will be shipped after the credit.

Some products on the site have a longer shipping time as they are stored at third-party warehouses. The average time required to prepare the shipment is always indicated on the product page.

The order is shipped when all purchased products are available. It is therefore worth the longest time between the items purchased.

The courier delivers on weekdays. It is not possible to know at what precise time the courier will deliver the goods to you and it is not possible to report the preferred time slots. We can put it in the notes but we cannot guarantee that the courier will take it into account.

If you are not always at home, we advise you to: have the package delivered to someone you know and who is definitely at home or at work.

It is essential to enter the name on the destination bell in the shipping address.
