if one or more items you have purchased do not satisfy you or if you "have changed your mind", you can make a return within 14 days of receiving the goods.
WE CANNOT PERFORM SIZE OR MERCHANDISE CHANGES WITH THE SAME ORDER NUMBER
If you therefore change the size of a purchased product you will have to make a return and execute a new order containing the correct size.
The right of withdrawal is valid under the following conditions:
- Request return authorization via online procedure
- In the package containing the return must be inserted this completed form
- The return must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods
- The product must be new and never used
- The product must be equipped with the identification tag and any packaging
- It is not possible to return products made specifically to customer specification
HOW DO I MAKE THE RETURN?
You always have the right to return items purchased on the online shop DogSpecialist.it within 14 days of receiving your order. This Return Form is essential to return your items. We remind you that, to be returned and refunded, the item or items you want to return must not show signs of use and must be provided with original packaging and labels. Follow the steps below to make the return:
- 1. Fill out the Return Form.
- 2. Prepare the shipment by correctly packing the items you wish to return along with the Return Form you have completed. As packaging of the return you can use the box or envelope with which you received the package; if it is no longer usable or you have thrown it away, you can use any other cardboard container/box.
- 3. Close the package by checking that you have entered the items and the Return Form.
- 4. Ship your return.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the shipment of the return is at your expense, and you can choose to send the return with a courier of your choice.
Alternatively , you can rely on the return service through Poste Italiane (Crono Reverse) affiliated with DogSpecialist.it that will allow you to easily send your package through the Poste network (Punto Poste, Poste Italiane Post Offices, or Self-service locker Points).
This shipping service has a cost of € 5.00 and, if you choose it, you will be deducted from the refund of your return.
In the online form you will have to enter the ZIP code (Postal Code) indicated by you for shipping and in the number of your order (eg DS-255-01451): you will then receive by e-mail the label of your return to be printed and applied externally to the package of your return. You just have to bring the return package to the Post Office of your choice.
Refund times and methods
The cost of the product will be refunded when the goods have returned to our warehouses and their integrity has been verified. It is not possible to refund the cost of shipping. Whatever the method of payment you use, the refund will be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the return. The method of crediting the sum depends on the payment method used. If you have chosen a payment by bank transfer or cash on delivery, you will be asked to provide your bank details on which the amount will be credited.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the Products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must communicate in advance by e-mail (email@example.com) indicating the manifestation of willingness to exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and the indication of the Products in question, in addition to the progressive order number issued at the time of purchase.
In this case, the goods, unused, in excellent condition, complete with original packaging and receipt, must be returned to Dog Specialist and the costs will be borne by the Customer. Dog Specialist, after receiving the returned goods, will refund the Customer limited to the value of the items purchased at the time, within the terms of the law.
For any disputes, the Customer must inform the Company in writing, no later than 8 (eight) days from receipt of the supply, of any incomplete deliveries or clearly identifiable defects, under penalty of forfeiture of the legal and contractual guarantees.
