GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general conditions of contract, which are governed by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), section II Distance contracts (art. 50 - 67) and by the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree no. 70/2003), must be considered an essential and integral part of any supply of Dog Specialist (hereinafter also referred to as "Company"), even if not referred to in the individual order and until express derogation, and replace any conditions set by the buyer (hereinafter also only "Customer"). These conditions must not be modified nor can they be waived unless expressly approved in writing by the Company.
1. Identification of the seller

2. Object of the supply
2.1 The supply will include all those products that will be expressly chosen by the Customer within the online electronic catalog and that will be faithfully reported in the electronic order;
2.2 The Products available for purchase online are items for dog disciplines including, for example: collars, leashes, harnesses, games and accessories for training, etc.; all Products are subject to availability at the time. Dog Specialist reserves the right to vary the limits on the quantities and / or types of goods that can be purchased online on the Site. The Customer will be informed if his order is unenforceable due to the unavailability of the ordered product.
3. Order methods and conclusion of the contract
3.1 To process the order, the Customer must complete the purchase procedure in electronic format on the site DogSpecialist.it, following the instructions indicated. The Customer must enter the product in the appropriate "cart" area and, after viewing and accepting the contribution for delivery and packaging costs, as well as the General Conditions and the conditions on the right of withdrawal, must select the type of payment desired and choose the "complete the purchase" option;
3.2 The contract will be finalized when the customer finishes the purchase wizard on the site dogspecialist.it and following receipt of payment based on the different characteristics provided by the payment methods activated.
3.3 By sending the order to Dog Specialist the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these General Conditions.
4. Selling price
4.1 The prices of the products are defined in the online catalog of Dog Specialist and are inclusive of VAT and any other tax, excluding shipping and packaging costs;
4.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all costs of transport, packaging, insurance, will be borne by the Customer as reported in the wizard within the site;
5. Methods of payment
5.1 Dog Specialist allows the Customer to make the payment of the price of the products and the related shipping costs, by credit card, bank transfer, PayPal circuit, Satispay or cash on delivery:
▪ CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS:
Below are the credit cards accepted by Dog Specialist: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Carta Sì, Poste Pay and rechargeable cards. The transaction will be charged to the Customer's credit card only after the data and the validity of the same have been verified and after the debit authorization has been received from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer.
▪ PAYMENTS WITH PayPal CIRCUIT:
The sending of payments by PayPal will take place through support to the personal account on PayPal.

As a reason, enter your name and surname as reported in the registration at the site Dogspecialist.it.
According to current banking practice, the amount transferred is credited to the c / c of the beneficiary no earlier than 3/4 working days from the date of execution of the same. From the moment of placing the order on DogSpecialist.it the selected goods are booked by the customer until the moment of receipt of the bonifIco by Dogspecialist.it. If within 5/6 days of placing the order the payment will not be received, the order will be automatically deleted. The shipment of the goods will take place upon receipt of the bank transfer.
▪ CASH ON DELIVERY:
Payment by cash on delivery is managed directly by the carrier of the express courier who is entrusted with the transport and delivery of the goods. For the management of the procedure the additional cost applied for this payment method is € 4.00.

It is possible to pay using the Satispay platform integrated with the ecommerce dogspecialist.it

6. Transport, delivery and shipping costs
6.1 In the absence of precise indications, the Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address resulting from the personal details provided during registration;
6.2 Dog Specialist will issue an electronic invoice of the goods shipped only if expressly requested by the customer who must communicate the complete data (name, VAT number and / or tax code, unique code). No change in the invoice will be possible after its issuance.
For orders placed by private individuals without a VAT number, orders will be shipped accompanied by a receipt.
6.3 Delivery costs are charged to the Customer and are distinctly highlighted in the order form. Unless otherwise expressly indicated, shipping costs for Italy will be calculated based on the destination location and shipping method. For orders with a value greater than the sum of Euro 59, shipping costs will be free with the exception of delivery to the Islands, Calabria and disadvantaged areas. There are some categories of products for which free shipping is not applicable (detailed information on the product pages).
6.4 The customer, at the time of placing the order, can select the type of shipment that best suits his needs:
- Standard/Express Courier
Delivery will be made by standard or express courier. We do our best to prepare and ship all orders received and paid by 12 noon; after this time they will be processed on the next working day. The aforementioned specification is valid only for products available in stock, in case of purchase of products with a longer shipping time (data indicated on each product page) the order processing will take place when all the items purchased will be available at our office.

It is possible to collect the package directly at our office without shipping costs after a phone call to the 031716096 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, collection address: via Fossano 10, 22063 Cantù (CO) It is possible to collect the goods every weekday from 9 to 12:15.
Orders with payment on collection must be collected within five (5) working days from the date of insertion of the online reservation.
6.5 The customer must provide an address for shipment making sure that there is a person in charge of collecting the package; standard shipping does not allow to establish a precise time for delivery, the courier does not deliver to the floor. In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient or due to incorrect or incomplete address, the costs of releasing the stock of the product will be borne by the customer and will be paid directly to the Espresso Courier official at the time of delivery.
6.6 All purchases will be delivered to the Customer by courier. Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. Dog Specialist is not responsible for unforeseeable delays, it being understood that, except in cases of force majeure, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the day following that on which the Customer sent the order to Dog Specialist;
6.7 For the delivery of the goods it is necessary the presence of the Customer or his representative at the address of the recipient indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document (DDT);
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials. Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately contested, by placing a written control reserve on the Courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered;
6.8 If DogSpecialist is unable to deliver the ordered goods as a result of the unavailability, even temporary, of the Products, it will promptly notify the Customer, and in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days, by e-mail. The amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible.
6.9 As soon as Dog Specialist delivers the goods to the Courier, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the departure.
7. Right of withdrawal, exchange of goods and disputes
7.1 Pursuant to art. 64 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the Products;
7.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal or exchange of goods, the Customer must send a communication through the appropriate section of the site: Return instructions
7.3 In this case, the goods, provided with the original packaging, in excellent condition and with the receipt, must be returned to Dog Specialist and the expenses will be borne by the Customer who must use an insured courier in order to trace the shipment. Dog Specialist, after receiving the returned goods, will refund the Customer limited to the value of the items purchased at the time, within the terms of the law. In the case of replacement of items for reasons related to change sizes or colors, shipping costs (collection and delivery) will be charged to the customer.
7.4 For any disputes, the Customer must inform the Company in writing, no later than 8 (eight) days from receipt of the supply, of any incomplete deliveries or clearly identifiable defects, under penalty of forfeiture of the legal and contractual guarantees;
8. Limitation of Liability and Warranties
8.1 Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, Dog Specialist shall not be liable to the Customer in any way as a result of:
- damage or loss caused by the products (or their use) by the Customer;
- damage which has not been caused by failure to comply with Dog Specialist;
8.2 Within the limits specified above, the responsibility of Dog Specialist may not exceed the price paid by the Customer for the product that caused the damage;
8.3 Dog Specialist sells products of high quality, for which any warranty required by law is directly provided by the manufacturers and the reference legislation as well as the methods of application of the warranty will be those indicated and highlighted by the manufacturer together with the product.
9. Provision on Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
9.1. When placing an order by a new Customer through the website www.dogspecialist.it his data are entered into a database that will be constantly updated, which will allow, later, to better respond to the needs of the Customers themselves;
9.2. The collection and processing of data are carried out in accordance with the provisions contained in the Privacy Act (GDPR 679/2016). The Customer has in any case the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form, the right to obtain the updating, rectification, cancellation of his personal data, the right to oppose the processing of his personal data in the cases provided for by art. 7 of the Privacy Code and the other rights established by the Privacy Code by written communication to be sent to the Company;
10.1 The conditions of access to the Site are governed by the rules of Italian law and must be interpreted in accordance with Italian laws;
10.2 For any action arising from or related to the conditions, navigation or use of the Site, the Court of Como will be competent.
